Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products

  • Damaged items caused by misuse

  • Items returned without contacting support first

How to Start a Return

Please contact us before sending any return:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if damaged or defective)

We will provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost.

Late or Missing Refunds
